4. I am oh so very sick of people only calling me when they need something, and expect me to help them for nothing. I am too busy.

Indiana Beach - Not a theme park
I went to google maps(surprise, eh? not really, I go there a few times a day) and i see this thing off to the left that says “US Themeparks” - I thought to myself, sweet! they will show me where all the themeparks are at.
I clicked on it and quickly zoomed into see Indiana and was surprised to see that only Holiday World on the map! What happened to Indiana Beach. I know a lot of people that have fond memories of going there as a child. I personally have never been there but I still think it should be on a map.
Indiana Beach is apparently having a record breaking season. This does not surprise me, due to gas prices and admission prices(to other places). People want to stay local and not go to FL or even Cedar Point.
But what exactly does it take to be considered a theme park? I would assume it would have to be an amusement park that has themes. But Cedar Point and Holiday World are on there…do they have themes?

Public indecency
As if a naked man standing in front of a window in full view wasn’t enough, no one could’ve expected what a city police officer found him doing in a South Hanna Street home Monday.
The 56-year-old man was on his sofa inserting a claw hammer covered in a plastic bag into his rectum, according to a Fort Wayne Police report. He had motor oil over his genital area to act as some sort of lubricant, according to the report, and was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public indecency.
An officer passing by the home spotted the man in the window just before 10:30 p.m., causing him to turn around. The front door to the home was wide open when the officer approached, giving him a clear view of the room, where the suspect was lying on the sofa. According to the police report, the man has a previous, unrelated charge of public indecency on his record.
A neighbor said the man often walks around naked in his home in full public view. She also said in the report, “He’s not right.”

311 to city hall
On July 24th I submitted a request to get the MASSIVE potholes filled around Harrison square. I know people with cars that are forced to avoid this road. Even myself in my Jeep, I am forced to only go around 5 miles per hour… its THAT BAD.
So far I’ve had no response and instead they decided to close down another road/intersection downtown, at Calhoun and Baker. The hole in the photo below has at least tripled in size since I took the picture.
I just checked again the status of the 311 request, and it just says “Open”. Ill let you know how long, if ever, it takes for them to respond back to me. I am not going to talk to any of the people I know in the street department about this, I am going to let this take its course(and watch my visitors log).
I do not even know who is responsible for these, since it was H-squared that created all of the holes that were horribly patched. I think I will go take pictures.

My boss sent me this photo. Seen on the back side of Oak Valley Dr., on the NE corner Tonkel Rd. & Leo/Dupont Rd.
I am very interested in going to watch them use this as a slip and slide.
